Upon receipt of their order, the customer has a 14-day right of withdrawal. If 14 days have passed since the receipt of your order, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

The customer is also entitled to a 2-year legal guarantee on all products in their order. The 2-year legal guarantee applies to any non-conformity.

Several types of products cannot be returned. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept intimate or sanitary use products, hazardous materials, or flammable gases or liquids.

To make a return, you must present us with a receipt or proof of purchase.

Please do not return your purchase to the manufacturer.

There are certain situations where only a partial refund may be granted: (if applicable)
* Books with obvious signs of use.
* CDs, DVDs, VHS tapes, software, video games, cassettes, vinyl stickers, or vinyl records that have been opened.
* Any item not in its original condition, damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
* Any item returned more than 30 days after delivery.

Refunds (if applicable)
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will send you an email to confirm that we have received it. We will also notify you of our decision regarding the approval or rejection of your refund request.
If your request is approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain number of days.

Late or Missing Refunds (if applicable)
If you have not yet received your refund, please check your bank account again first.
Then, contact your credit card company, as there may be a delay before your refund is officially posted.
Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
If after completing all these steps, you still have not received your refund, please contact us at hello@mes-emporte-pieces.com.

Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If in this case you wish to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at hello@mes-emporte-pieces.com and send your item to: Lindestraat, Merchtem 1785.

Gifts
If the returned item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit equal to the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item was not marked as a gift when purchased, or if the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give it to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver, and they will find out about your return.

Shipping
To return a product, you must mail it to: Lindestraat, Merchtem 1785.

In the case of a return due to a right of withdrawal, you will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs to return your item to us. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund for your order, shipping costs will not be refunded.

In the case of a return due to an error on the part of “Mes Emporte-Pièces™” (defective products, order issues…), we cover the return costs. If you receive a refund for your order, shipping costs will also be refunded to you.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If you are shipping an item over 75€ in value, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive the item you return to us.
